How to create new status

Hi Gurus

We have requirement to create additional Status in Service Desk. Like

Solved

Direct answered

Handed over

Cancelled

Can any body tell me the Sap Standard matching status so that i can create new?

The standard status schema in SAP is SMSD0001.You can edit it or create a new one with transaction CRMBS02.

Then, link it to your transaction type by editing CRMV_PROCESS_MA with SM34 transaction. The standart transaction type is SLFN.

We already have the status what ever the procedure u said. But here i need the create ne status as per my requirement. My question is If i create a new status called cancelled what will be the match trans value.

hi,

Copy std. status profile and create "Z" and add the statuses in it according to requirement.
