j2ee server failed to start

Hi My J2ee server did not start up I have tried many time even system shutdown but still it is not coming up

The std_server0.out file contains the following data please help

Server0 always end up with exit code -11113

Hi,

Go to the configtool. C:\usr\sap\<SID>\JC<xx>\j2ee\configtool

Run the configtool.bat file.

Global server configuration> services> com.sap.security.core.ume.service

Change the property ume.persistence.data_source_configuration to dataSourceConfiguration_database_only.xml

Restart the instance. It will come up.. Any queries revert back.

Hello,

In the configtool, navigate to cluster-data>server>cfg->services>propertysheet-->con.sap.security.core.ume.service

Over here, check for the field guest_user.uniqueids.

Check for the user name here & check if this user exists in the R/3 backend.

The guest user needs to be present with role"sap_j2ee_admin".

Please check the following SAPNOTE#956867 for USER_AUTH_FAILED.

IF your installation is a double stack one , then check if the role SAP_J2EE_ADMIN is assigned to "j2ee_admin" user.

Hi,

Go to Configtool

/usr/sap/<SID>/JCxx/j2ee/configtool

Then Navigate to

Global Server configuration-----services----com.sap.security.core.ume.service

Here it could be possible,that the login user details could be changes.

So,restore all the values to "Default"

You can see this option on the right hand side.

Save and restart.

It worked for us once.

Seems like a problem with the UME user store.. j2ee_guest seems to be missing or just wasnt created
