how do I transfer stock to "reserved qty." in MMBE trxn

Dear Shankar

To be honest, I am not very clear about your requirement.

In MMBE you cannot reserve any stock but you can do in MB1A / MB1B or MB1C. To earmark as a special stock, maintain W or E in the above transactions with appropriate movement type.

this is with ref. to earlier post.

i have done all the settings you have told reg reserving mat for different customers .done settings in OMJJ and i have run MB1A movement type 292 W (sp.stock) it will ask for sold to party ,assign sold to party then if you run MMBE it will show as stock in customer consignment . .when you create sales order it should not craete for the stock which has been reserved .but system takes customer consignment (resrved stock ) into consideration means accepts all qty in str loc.

i need solution like when i craete reservation for customers sales orders sholud not be generated for the reserved qty.

plese guide..

goto MB21 and use the Mvmt type 201 this shld transfe the stocks to Reserved.
