N-step Approval Workflow

Hi Experts,

We have implemented the N-step approval workflow, and have incorporated the logic within GET_REMAINING_APPROVERS of BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI. The logic is running fine, and we know this coz its' able to pick up the required approver from the Z-table.

The approver appears in the Approval Preview Section correctly. The issue is that when we click on the approvers' name (Approval Preview section) an error pops up saying "No detailed information exists for this person", subsequently the approval process isn't triggered.

How do i go about solving this issue?

Hello,

Be sure to add 'US' before the user ID in the approval table.

Secondly, check whether this user is integrated in the Org Structure of SRM.
