Problem in viewing the various systems.....

Hi experts,

I had installed VC previously and then made various applications. But due to some reason i had to format my pc. But now when i installed VC once again and then connected to portal using the same user that i used before, i can't see any system in the system list. Moreover i can't deploy into the portal any application as i get an error : "Portal request failed (Parse of result error : Access denied) "......but my user has administrative rights..

please help me, did i miss any step while reinstalling?

Hello Deep -

Were you able to get this situation resolved? I am also running into this same issue, and the systems do seem to be set up properly on the Portals side.

Hi Jeffrey,

Ya, I have resolved the problem.

It all depends on the version of VC and EP you are using.

Deploy all the sda files in the portal those are available as portal addons in the installation folder of your current patch of VC.
