Issue with Catalog while adding to SHC

Former Member

Hi,

We are working with SRM5.0, We have configured CCM. Now when we are trying to add any catalog item in to Shopping cart we are not getting any error and also system does add item perticular item into shopping cart,Screen reamins blank. Why this is happening? Catalog is properly maintained as well as there is no logs for same.

What could be the probabale reason?

Thanks,

NK

Hi,

The interface between the CCM and the EBP is not working fine in your case. Check for the valid userid and password in the define external web services. Check for your web address parameter value.

Are you able to see the products for the EBP login. After any changes in the catalog did you publish the changes and the log showed no errors in that case.

Check for the user attributes and the relevant roles to the user who is trying to login. Whether profiles are generated for the CCM roles.

Try with some other user who has manager role and try to enter into the Edit Catalogs by logging in as that user.

Please let us know if the issue is solved, what you were missing.

Hi,

Please check the [/people/masayuki.sekihara/blog/2007/12/07/oci-open-catalog-interface-setting-and-trouble-shooting|/people/masayuki.sekihara/blog/2007/12/07/oci-open-catalog-interface-setting-and-trouble-shooting]troubleshooting section.

httpWatch is good tool for troubleshooting.

Hi. Do you have the flag "Use Error Log" ticked in your catalog config in SRM?

If you set this any errors in transferring from catalog to SRM should post to SLG1 and you can see the errors there.

Dave.

are you in CLASSIC?

if yes

at this point,

i.e. during add product in SC

SRM checks relevant backend data

eg whether the product is available for the plant put in SC, is the material marked for deletion, can the follow-on doc for SC be created with the value of BSA

so pl check such points
