Output Deternination Problem

Hi All,

I have configured output determination and print output is coming well. But my client wants to save the output in word,pdf,excel or in any other format.

My client wants to save the output in his computer.

How to do this?

Hi,

1) Create Invoice document and maintain output for the same.

2) While you issue output to the printer the spool will get generated.

3) Then go the T-code SE38 and give the program name as RSTXPDFT4 and execute.

4) In the screen enter the spool number and maintain the location to save the file then execute.

Dear Ashis ,

Which output you are taking Billing or order confirmation.

Just take the out put to the screen .thant is print prveiw.

Then save this out put via Menu> System> Local file--> HTML format.

Then when you save the same in the computer you will see the output in the same format as the system.

Hi

Thanks a lot for your reply. But when I am saving, the format and allignment has been changed.

Whatever format its showing in ouput, in that saved file every format n allignment has been changed.

Please clarify me.
