Thanks for your replies....
The same sap instance is being accssed with the same version GUI from several systems. Only some of them are not able to see the documentation. Is this a probelm with OS or Java version?
At present we dont have 710 GUI.
Thanks & Regards,
Suma

On the PCs where the documentation is not working. Please check:
- Logon via SAPGUI
- Menu Help --> SAP Library
If a page turns up, the link to the documentation is ok and you are facing another problem.
If you receive a message "No Documentation Available", something is wrong with the sapdoccd.ini
Compare it with a working pc.
If it does not exist on a working pc => remove.
If it does exists => edit accordingly
We had several users that were unable to view the default documentation that comes inside of the APP server (such as the pop-ups in SPRO). We solved the issue by going to SAPGUI 7.10.
Hope that is helpful.

The link to SAP documentation can be entered either in sapdoccd.ini or in transaktion SR13.
If there is not entry in either location, no help will be found.
Simplest way to check this is to choose the menu Help --> SAP Library
If you receive a message "No Documentation Available", the above need to maintained.
