HI ALL

i have one query. The scenario is... actual sale of last year will be taken in a report format. some expected growth percentage will be added to that, this sales figure will be divided in to quarterly percentage, based on this, monthly targets will be generated. the current month target will be alterd based on the previous month. based on this the material production will happen. can u please suggest where exactly this process will be covered under sales and distribution. more elaborative, more helpful.

Use Transaction MC93. Here you can break down the yearly plans to quarters and then into months.You can plan your production and stock levels also here.
