Hello,

IMG stands for Implementation guide, this is use for the system configuration/customisation purpose. This will be mostly used by the consultants in realtime.

Eg: Create company, company code...etc

Easy acess is used for transactional purpose. This screen will be used to create different transactions. This will be used by the end users.

Eg: Create sales order, delivery...etc

Hi,

Majority of SAP configuration is done in IMG.The config data which is created in IMG is largely used by end users in easy access.Suppose you have created a Sales Org in IMG.....it is used by Users in easy access at many places.

Usually only the IT team will have the access to IMG and end users will not have access to it.

But as a prospective consultant you should be well versed with both the sides.

Thanks

IMG/SPRO = Configuration/Customizations screen

Easy Access = Front end user screen

hi

SPRO or IMG is used for customisation and for configuration.

EASY ACCESS is for maintaing records. End users work on EA screen

easy access screen can also be called as end user screen here only data can be entered and no customisation can be done.

in SPRO all the customisings and configurations can be done like ENTERPRISE STUCTURE, CREATION OF A/C GROUPS, VARIOUS SALES DOCS AND ITEM CATEGORIES ETC.
