Getting 0's at the end of Table when i save the form as Dynamic

Hi,

I have two problems with the form(AdobeInteractiveForm).

Problem1: When I try to save the form as Static I was not getting 0u2019s at the end of the table, but When I save the form as Dynamic I was getting 0u2019s at the end of the table.

Problem2: When I select the option u201CInclude Header Row in Subsequent pagesu201D in the "pagination tab" then all the columns were overlapped in on single column.
