What is the purpose of 'statistical value' flag in item category definition.

Hi,

with the Statistical Value flag u can control an item in the sales documents. in below three ways:

a) to copy item to header totals

b) no cumulation - values cannot be used for statistical purposes (item value will not copied into header totals)

c) no cumulation - values can be used for statistical purposes (item value will not copied into header totals)

based on your requirement u can assign it for item category, with which item will be controled in the transactions.

If you want to calculate the total value of the items at the header or level or on the other hand not to include the value of the item then we will use this statistical value field by assigning A or B or else we will leave this field blank

Hi,

As the name indicates the valueof the item won't reflect in the pricing. It is for the internal accounts.
