Purchase invoice plan and PS

Hi all,

PS allows to manage sales invoice plan using milestone. Is there any object I can use to manage in the same way a purchase invoice plan directly in PS?

Hi,

In tcode CJ20N, click on material and goto Edit->Component->Invoicing Plan. I tried in case of non stock items. You can copy the milestones similar to Sales order billing plan.

I have other 2 questions....

Can I create an invoice plan in PS also for external services?

How can I link the invoice plan in PS to the purchase order I have created?

Hi,

Yes, In that case follow path Edit->Activity->Invoicing plan.

I am not very clear about your second question but think that if you create invoicing plan prior to PO it should automatically get assigned to PO.

In SPRO>PS>Costs->Planned cost->Automatic costing in network and activities--->Maintian settings for invoicing plan.

In CJ20N,

Select the externally procured material, Then

Edit->Component--->Invoicing Plan
