hi

when i am doing PURCHASE ORDER FOR STO I AM GETTING THIS TYPE OF ERROR HOW TO SLOVE IT

Not possible to determine shipping data for material 52

HI,

your shipping is depand on your OVL2 ( shipping det.)

settings....

1 chck OMGN SETTING IS THERE OR NOT (I.E. IN PLANT CUSTOMER IS BEING ATTACHED)

Then check,

1 shipping condition of your customer,

2 material loading grp..ur material & then go to OVL2 & see that against shipping cond., plant, loading group & shipping point is determine.

Check whether u have maintained the customer for the concerned sales area to which goods are to be delivered.

Hi Senthil ,

Please check the STO process settings in IMG

SPRO>Material Management>Purchasing>Purchase Order>SET UP STOCK TRANSPROT ORDER-->Define Shipping data for plants.

Here you check the Sales area data has been assigned to your supplying plant or not.

Also check Material has been maitainig sales general data views in the master data.

Also check the shipping point determination for that plant in OVL2 transaction

1. Check material master data for sales view plant, in that field Loading group should be there

2. Check OVL2 setting is there, there should be a setting for Loading group plant and then shipping point which you need.

pls note here you can assign only that shipping point which is assigned to plant.

you can check this via OVXC transaction.

If all this is se then everything will work.

For STO, i beleive you have done all setting for STO set up.
