Hi all,

I am getting an error while opening IR and ID.

Error:No authorization for this action.

can anyone tell me how to fix this.I installed Javawebstart also.

This error seems Basis error. Better to contact Basis Guys.

Hi Jain,

Sorry for this answer is not for u.

Check the SMQ2 transaction.If the Queues are blocked, there is Unlock option is there, Just unlock the queues.

if the queues are not processed after the unlock, there is the Delete option if u want to Delete the queues.

Hi,

Sometimes the user ID may be locked.

Update the same status to your BASIS team. They unlock your user ID.

Make sure ur username has following roles: SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR and SAP_XI_DEVELOPER

Assign the role SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR and SAP_XI_DEVELOPER role to that particular user.
