Queues are bloked .. but not getting the Delete option

Hi

I'm sending the data from R/3 system to Legacy (Proxy to File).. but while sending the small amount of daat means.. process wise every thing fine.. and legacy side also I'm getting the file... but if the Huge volume of data means messages are stuck un (R/3 system) Queses.. and in SXMB_MONI i'm getting green flag (Message Scheduled) ... I Tried to restarting those messages from the Queues. for that it was saying Quese are registred so Activation is not possible.. Even for deleting those Blocked messages also I'm not getting any option...

messages are blocked in both SMQ1 and SMQ2 ..

even in my integration Engine Configuration i have this parameter also..(MONITOR --- QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED --1) ...

please suggest me some solution.. AT LEAST for Restting those mssages or Deleting those messages from the Queues..

In xi Box if any thing happend means I'm able to do process those messages.. but in R/3 system means.. I'm getting this problem..

try deactivating the queues and activate them again from SMQR

once u get into SMQ2 select the queue id and SHIFT+F2 to delete the messages

Hi Aravind,

That is my problem. for deleting the messages from SMQ2 -- I'm not able to do the Delete the messages.. Shift+F2 is not working... and even I'm not getting the Delete option in the application toolbar also..

any other suggestion... please..

Tyr to Unlock the Queues

And those messages are not that much IMP means Schedule the report which i said to clear all those

here for Deleting or Locking or Unlocking activites .. I'm not gettings any Icons in the Application toolbar.. for getting these Icons any procedure is there..

may be issue with AUTH. can u try with some other id

Try to register your queue in transaction SMQR or in SXMB_ADM.

Hi,

Select the Queue name in SMQ1 or SMQ2 & Say Unlock for releasing that.

To Cancel the messages from MONI with the Status Scheduled for Outbound Process

Schedule the Report RSXMB_CHECK_MSG_QUEUE
