packing instruction

Hi experts.

When creating packing instruction, I fail to enter packaging material. The system pops up "Material JMAT unknown. Message no. VHU01033."

Pls help solve. Many thx.

ps. JMAT is created as packaging material.

Hi Cathy,

Please go through this IMG path then check the packing related settings,

SPRO>Logistics Execution>Shipping>Packing> here you cjeck the fallowing settings

-->Define packaging material type

-->Define material group for packaging material

-->Define allowed packaging Materials

Maintain the Packaging Material data in the material master Basic data
