Invoice split based on value

Dear Friends:

Our dealers want invoices raised in their name, to be split based on value (say minimum invoice value should be Rs.5000/-).

However, still sales orders are to be registered for multiple items exceeding value of Rs.5000/-.

Any idea for handling this? (Copy control routine?).

i don't thiink this requirement can be maped in standared sap. only solution is user exit.or we have to write functional spec to the abbar . we have to to find out with whether for this code can be written or not.

i hope you have understood.

Hi,

It wont be possible in standard SAP, tell ur Abaper about this requirement in the copy controls pick the correct routine in VOFM tcode and add the logic as per ur requirement.

Hello,

you can create your own routine in hte copy control.

(Transaction VTFA or VTFL)

In the routine 'Data VBRK/VBRP' you can maintain your own routine.
