How to change mail title?

Dear all,

When I logon SRM system and open my SAP business workplace(Ctrl+F12), I saw I have 3 documents in index.

Then I open document, its title is ''Cannot be sent: QXE : You have Received 1 New W... ''. I want to change this title into

Approve shopping cart from (requestor) with the value (include dollar value & currency). and mail content I want to add a table including SC overview info, such as SC no and SC name,

Description Product Quantity Unit Requested Delivery Date Price Currncy Per

XXXXXXXXX XXXXXX 111 222 2008-02-09 11 USD 1EA

I have aleady make a new program zRSWUWFMLEC copy from RSWUWFMLEC,

How to do it? Maybe it is very easy for you, but it is very difficult to me. I think you have more good idea to me.

Hi,

The mail text for this notification comes from work item text. Check the appropriate task and put your text in that work item text.

Goto Tcode PFTC_DIS and check for the appropriate task. You can get the task ID from the workflow which you are using for the SC approval.

e.g. for the 1 step approval workflow,the mail text comes from the work item text for the task 10008126.
