Manual input of Outbound Delivery doc no.

Hi all!

Is it possible to input manually the outbound delivery document no. when creating it in VL01N?

For example, the latest no. is 8004, we need to make an 8007 document without producing 8005 and 8006.

Hi RICARDOJR CALIOLIO,

I was able to enter the delivery number I wish to have upon the delivery creation in transaction VL01N. System is able to saved it without any problem.

So for your case, you may try entering 8007 into LIKP-VBELN field & click on the saved button in transaction VL01N.

Please let me know if you could save the delivery order with your desire number?

Hi Ricardo,

If it is internal number range you can't create , system will give the document number.

If the number range is external you can create,While creating delivery document you need to enter the document number.

To define the delivery number range go through this IMG path

SPRO>Logistics Execution>Shipping>Deliveries>Define Number Range for deliveries.
