SXI_CACHE problem

We just completed the system copy of XI 3.0 from Production to test serever.

I'm getting the following error while executing tcode SXI_CACHE,

-Unable to refresh cache contents

-error during last attempt to refresh cache

tcode sldcheck is not giving any error message. XI service users are not locked and have the right

role.

please can anyone help me in this....

While checking some log, i'm getting following error message:

Hi,

Have you used the user XIDIRUSER while executing CPA Cache refresh? Check the The user XIAFUSER is locked.

If so, check a couple of other things.

Try to open the URL

http://middlewaredev:50000/dir/hmi_cache_refresh_service/ext?method=CacheRefresh&mode=F&consumer=af.... with XIAFUSER.

If you are getting an unauthorized error, make sure your XIAFUSER is not locked and all the relevant roles are assigned to it.

Also make sure that the role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER is assigned to component sap.com/com.sap.ci.directory*dir (Server>Services>Security Provider-->Components) role configure.

try executing FM SAI_CACHE3_REFRESH_BACKGROUND

in SM58 check destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

Also check RFC destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI.
