extending rebate agreement

Hi,

We are maintaining rebate agreements for customers and the total payble is paid at the end of everymonth. Here we do the final settlement and pass credit note. Next month again create agreements.

Can someone guide me on extending the rebate agreements, how exactly this works....pls give detailed procedure.

In case there is no change in rebate agreement except for change in validity period, you could go to transaction VBO2 and change the validity period for your rebate agreement.

In case there are changes to your rebate agreement other than validity periods, it is better to have new agreements for record purposes.
