Tips/Suggestions on Sales Doc types

Hi all,

In PRD server there are 193 sales documents customised for the client. Now what the client wants from me is

"Proposal for reducing the Order types".

My question is, on what basis and investigations I can propose it?

please suggest.

Hi Anil,

-->Please ask the user why that much orders created before and now why they wan to reduce.

-->Go through every scenerio then check with user are they using that at present or not.

-->Check what base they have defined different order types and check is there any possibility to merege the orders in to one which are belongs to same process.

-->In total 193 types you find how many types they are using prequently based on that you can deside.
