Communication Channels appear OK but fail to process messages after Reboot

We have many of communication channels set up in FTP mode pointing to the same IP address, but listening for different filename patterns. When the system is re-booted, two of these channels consistently fail to process messages; they have a green light in the communication channel monitor, but they will not process messages. If they are stopped and started, they begin to work as normal.

All of the other communication channels work fine; has anybody noticed such odd behaviour before?

This seems to be the strange behaviour, I am n ot sure but normally this kind of problem may occures if you have re-boot the server and unknowingly, communication channel tries to refer the previous instnaces which supposed to be maintained in the cache. But due to re-boot cache also get refreshed and some times this kind of unexpected behaviour may appear.

Just Stop & Start the Communication channel or refresh the communciation channel allows you to work fine. This kind of problem may occure if you have not used the Automatic Control in communciation channel.

The problem is, this is behavour unacceptable to the customer; they quite correctly want a root cause fix, and so do I!
