CC-Pwd locked(most-urgent)

Hi all,

CC password has been locked,now i am unable to logon to CC.Please guide me how to reset the CC Password.

Hi,

thanks for ur quick response,my issue was solved. I have one more query that wat ever the roles we are creating in the backend sytem ,will that roles be reflecting in front end.

I know that after changing the rolegeneration tab to green in RoleExpert it will be seen in backend.

Just please throw some focus on this topic.

Well, you might log in as an administrator (or ask your administrator to do that) and unlock the user.

Go to UME in the following way:

http://<server name>:<port>/index.html

click on User Management

Select user in Search Criteria specify the user name and click on Go

in the Details pane down, click on Modify

Select Account Information tab and do the needful
