Posting goods issue in delivery without special stock 'E'

Hi Guys,

When I do post goods issue in delivery (Vl02n) it is taking movement type 601 with special stock as 'E' but in schedule line category it is defined only as 601. Any idea why it is taking the special stock indicator 'E' and how to get rid of it?

Dear Murali

Please go to material master and check what is your strategy group in MRP view. Now go to OVZG, select your requirement class and see whether "E" is maintained for the field "Special Stock" tab.

The special stock is blank in the item category (vov7)...any other possibility why it is taking special stock 'E' ??

Hi,

Movement type 601 is for Schedule line CP which is a standard. I think while copying the item category you would have copied it from consignment - item category KE. If that is the case then please copy the item category from standard item category TAN . Else you can do one thing. Remove the special item category in the item category detailed screen ( vov7).

Hi,

Please check VOV7 item category special stock indicator. I think this field might have been activated for your item. So that it is taking specail stock in scedule lines..
