We create sales employee ( HR master data) using t.code PA30.

And maintain the partner function of the sales employee in the customer master data and assign that sales employee number in the customer master data -> partner functions tab

If you have implemented HR module so you use the T-code PA40 for sale employee.

The concept of sales employee is that Sales employee has to be created as a partner function and assigned to your partner determination procedure in customising.

Tcode- VOPA.
