Hi Gyan,
If you got other clients in same server then you can transport the request using sccl.
For more information :: If you wish to create new client.
You can create new client using scc4. New Entry and Provide the necessary details.
Logon to the destination client using sap* and password pass.
Go to sccl \ Provide the source client \ Select profile SAP_ALL
and client on check box which state "Test run". You can start immediately or schedule in background.
Once test run is completed please run the same in normal mode.
Hope it helps.
Cheers
Deepanshu

Hi, You configure STMS(Sap transport management systems) In 4.7 IDES.
For ex- If 2 systems are mapped to you real system it will be 3 system landscape & if only 1 system is mapped it will be 2 system landscape.
You can check the link posted by the user for configuring STMS
login to target client, pls use SCC1 to copy CR from one source to target client & it is called a local copy with in the same SID.(TMS needs not to be configured for this)
Until unless CR(change request is released & imported in to another SID only then Transportation is used between different SID'S.
