Bid Invitation error

Hello SRM Gurus,

Good morning everybody.

I get following error message

"The document is blocked by the another user at the movement.try again later" . but When I checked in SM04 no body hold this Bid Inv doc.

Any cluse buddies.

Hi,

Have you looked any locks for that document in SM12??

this is caused because,

even though the user has closed the IE browser session in which he/she was working

but corresponding GUI session is not closed on SRM server.

Please ask your basis to revise the technical settings of the server

problem resolved. Logs found in short dump and sm58 for the user and processed by basis team
