Differnece between DELINS and DELFOR message type?

I am wondering about the difference between DELINS and DELFOR message type (inbound)? Basic type is DELFOR02.

thanks, but I know alle the EDI stuff. I would just like to know the difference between these two message types when they are used for inbound delivery forecast messages.
