socket error

Hi...All,

i am doing RFC-SOAP scenario for eBanking(B2B) interfaces,

in the sender Communication Channel Monitoring getting error like this..

Error in processing caused by: com.sap.aii.af.mp.module.ModuleException: call to messaging system failed: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: XIAdapterFramework:GENERAL:com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: unable to create a socket caused by: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: XIAdapterFramework:GENERAL:com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: unable to create a socket..

pls suggest me how can i solve this error...

Hi,

I think, this may be because of some security/firewall issues.

Check the webservice independently. Also go thru this SAP note - 856597 (SOAP Adapter)

It is also possible that an incorrect port number can cause a socket error. Please check ur port number also

Hi Pasi,

These kind of errors occurs when when of the systems stop communicating with other.

Implement solution given by milan it will solve your probloem.

Update the Field Suggested by Milan to more than 100 MB (Note: Value given is in KB)

And as a final attempt restart your server.
