In VL01N , it raises the error as
"No delivery-relevant items in order 0000000185, order type ZBC "
where the item categories are defined in sap sd against the sale order and material .

Cehck your item category. Make the scehdule line allowed check box active in the item category settings. Maintain the scheduline category determination for the item category, make the scheduleline category as CP for the itemcategory.

Item category is defined in VOV7. For the item category, check the check box fo item relevant for delivery.

Check the schedules lines in sales order for the material, I think materials are not confirmed to the date which u want to deliver.
