Error in SLDCHECK.

Hello All,

I have installed PI system and after opost actions when I checked the SLD check I found the below mentioned error.

Calling function EXCHANGE_PROFILE_GET_PARAMETER

Retrieving data from the XI Profile...

Function call returned exception code 3

Access to the XI Profile is currently disrupted.

=> Check whether you can access the XI Profile using a web browser!

Can any boldy tell how to clear the this.

Hi,

Do Paste Your SLDCHECk Error with Screenshot here, So that we can analyze.

Possible Checks to solve Error

1) Check whether the User PIAPPLUSER is Locked or not in SU01

2) Re-Enter the User & Pwd in SLDAPICUST transaction

Hi,

can you access the http://<XI_HOST>:5<NR>00/exchangeProfile ?

I had a similar error, and had to unlock passwords

Also check below things

1. check whether your J2EE Engine is running or not? If it's down, you can't access any of the URLs pertaining to 50000 port.

2. Did you run jcmon.exe from

D:\usr\sap\SysID\SYS\exe\runU

or

D:\usr\sap\SysID\InstanceID\j2ee\os_libs

with parameter

pf=D:\usr\sap\SysID\SYS\profile\<SYSID>_<InstanceID>_hostname

Hi Sekhar,

as far as I understand is you're exchange profile is not working

so try restarting J2ee part of your server .reboot the server

for the other screeen - sldcheck

it fetched business systems from SLD

what you need to do it to debug FM EXCHANGE_PROFILE_GET_PARAMETER

and this will give you answer why it cannot be done

(debugging this FM always works for me if I have any problems with this FM).
