We are trying to finalze a strategy about which solution manager components to implement in our company. I tried looking on help.sap.com and SAP Service Marketplace but could not find any detailed documentation about Expertise on Demand, maybe I dont know how to look.
Can somebody please help.

Not sure if you have already seen within these links:
(1) Within http://service.sap.com/solutionmanager
(a) SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition ; there's an overview presentation link which may hold some pointers
(b) SAP Solution Manager Services; talks about various consulting inputs that SAP can provide
(2) http://service.sap.com/solutionmanagement; on left hand side, there is a mention of various support services from SAP
I am sorry if the first two obvious sources which you may have already checked.
I'll see if I can get hands on anything else; sometimes, some of these new terms are within a presentation rather than as a link in the site.

As regards the Contingent contract number, you may like to ask your firm's SAP Account Manager for further details.
