hi all
I want to know how to extract from either vbak or vbap table all the sales order numbers that have a particular condition in the condition.
for example, we have a customized condition type for Entry tax called ZIVK. Now this conditon will be automatically proposed inthe sale order if the buying customer belongs to a different state (means it is a interstate sale-buyer and seller are in two different states)
Now from VBAK orVBAP (or even some other table), I want to populate all the documents where this conditons has been executed.
Since billing coditions will have all the conditions of sales order, can we extract from VBRK or VBRP?
Any help?
thanx
Hi
U can get from VBAK AND VBRK both the table against SO and Billing browse the data for the given SO or Bill. Copy the Doc. condition (KNUMV - field) and go to KONV type the value in same field and execute u will have all the condition which are used in SO and Bill.
Hope this will help you.
Reward if it helps u.
Thx.

hi,
another alternate method for your question apart from sh.lakshmipathi,
say for example you need to find out for condition type 'PR00'.
then Go to T683S and put KVEWE = 'A' and KAPPL = 'V' and KSCHL = 'PR00' and execute you will get pricing proc where this condition type is used.
Take this pricing proc and go to VBRK , put it in VBRK-KALSM , you will get all billing document .( here u need to find out whether u have index for KALSM in VBRK table , otherwise data fetching will take long time ) .

Go to SE16 / KONV and maintain ZIVK in the field "Condition type" and execute. You will get list of all billing documents which have this condition type. In the said report, you can also see a field "Doc.condition". Copy those references and now go to SE16 / VBAK. and paste the references in the field "Doc.condition" and execute. You will get the desired result.
thanks
