Hi all,
I know, that I have seen this at different customers:
Popups during login, but not the ones, that happen once only and are created with SM02 ...
Does anybody have a template how to create that ?
I guess, it deals with the Login-Exit in combination with a "Popup-Pgm" ...
Thanks a lot,

Hi Volker,
Are you talking about information that appears on the login screen but doesn't necessarily "POP"

Hi Doreen,
thanks a lot for this - but SE61 is always used first - that is clear. I'm looking for a good solution for an ITS based logon as well. During the Internal ITS logon you typically do not see teh "standard logon screen". But, now where I wype out this one table every night, the issue is really resolved ;-)´
Thanks a lot,
Volker
Hi,
not sure if the fact 'it happens once only' is the reason you don't want to use SM02 or if you want to have more space for the message.
But a message created with SM02 will come up every time a user logs in, not only once. We use it for our QA and Development systems to tell the users they are not logging in to Production system. The only once means, when a user is logged in and has acknowledged the message, it will not come up any more until the next login.
Another solution, but I don't remember how we did this is to modify the right sight of the screen.
Regards,
Ingrid

Hi Ingrid,
on my system, this doesn't really work - it happens once and then not again ...
I tested a bit and found out, that logging on in 100 & 000 always makes it popping up, because of the structure of teh related table TEMSGU. As I now know the system, I created a program to delete the contents in this table TEMSGU every night ))
=> You get the stuff new every day ....
Thanks a lot,
Volker
