Tables for confirmation

Hi ,

Im working with SRM 5.0 - Classic Escenario

I need to know which tables contain information of the Confirmation proceses in SRM.

Is there for example a table in which SRM stores R/3 Purchase order information before a user actually confirms the PO. (or everytime at confirming,SRM will look for these data in the back -end system?)

System refers SRM table BBP_PDBEI for document (PO/PR) number and then directly check the PO in backend system during GR process.
