Any one know of availability of NW 04S as a sneak preview? In the TechEd 05 it was mentioned 'SAP is considering it'.

Is sneakpreview for NW04 (basis 6.40) compatible with basis 7.0?
There will be. It's only a matter of time and resources.
And before you ask: There currently is no concrete plan when what will happen. But I'm sure we will have something before the release of the software.

I believe that there will be. I don't expect it untill after the general release of WAS 7.0 in the spring. I do know that there is a Sneak Preview version of WAS 7.0 which is in use internally at SAP.
