Hi All,
When trying to approve to shopping cart some times we are getting the message "you have specified an invalid service .The service name is bbpsc07.
We are in SRM3.0 version.
What is the reason for it and is there any way to solve it.

check whether the said service is availale and active in TXN SICF
also
log in with the manager user in SAP GUI
come out of easy access by entering /n 2-3 times
then use TXN BBPBWSP_SIMPLE
see whether you are getting the the inbox of manger
