Mass Document Distribution

Hi,

My requirement is, I have to search for a set of documents (DIRs) and select those DIRs and send those DIRs to a person through mail.

Is this possible?

Can i do MASS document distribution?

I dont want to go inside a DIR and create distribution.

I want to do the distribution based on the search and select the resultant documents and send it through mail..

Hi Christoph,

Goto CV04N,

Search for a set of documents,

In that search list, select the set of documents that you want to distribute.

Goto Extras Menu and click Start Distribution.

you can see the selected documents getting listed in the distribution screen.

Give the details for recipient list and execute.

As per the process all the listed documents should get distribute.

But in my case im getting only one document to my inbox. Im looking into that. Pls look on my other thread.
