No PGI scenario

I want to know that ,In which scenario we don't need to do PGI.

Hello,

As in the earlier replys, if there is a goods movement involved, the PGI needs to be done. Infact, we create a delivery, do the PGI. If physical stock movement not required, no need to doing PGI.

When goods are moving physically from the warehouse or storage location then we will be doing PGI .

Example :

While issuing a credit memo to the customer there wont be goods movement but delivery could be there( at times) ,if delivery is there picking qty will be zero .But if delivery is not there then it will be order related billing

Wherever physical movement of goods involved, there will be PGI. If goods movement is not there, we dont need PGI

Dear friend,

if PGI involves then its related to delivery otherwise most of the service industry scenario is a non delivery scenario's
