DB Connect failed --1033,Disp+work.exe stopped

Hi team

As I said in subject I restarted the server and in MMC I observed the error called disp+work.exe stopped.In the

event log I checked and found the errors as--

In Syslog these are the errors found.

SAP-Basis System:Message Server Disconnected.

SAP-Basis System:Initialization DB connect failed,Return code 000256

Database:Database error 1033 at con

Also checked with R3trans -d and this is the output

I got is (0012). to this I have posted dev_w0,dev_disp and

developer trace.

please if any one knows the right solution plz do help.dont just

type one line answers which are not upto the mark.

Hi

ORA-01033 stands out when database connect attempt is made while oracle is starting up or shutting down.

Try connect to oracle as sysdba and do shutdown immediate and try starting SAP again.

Please check your listner services .if it is manul than make it to automatic . Did you change the parameter of sap.

Hi. Are you loged under "sid"adm ? If go to start-->run --> cmd -->

sqlplus "/as sysdba"

shutdown

startup.

If database up after start sap in MMC. Also check logs in trans.log file (find him and check) also check oracle services are started ?. Regards.
