saving variant for va05

Dear Sap Guru,

I am creating variant for Va05 but saving option is coming grey.

So i went to SU02 in parameter tab & I maintain SD_variant_maintain- a but still it is showing grey so what to do. It's urgent.

Dear rdc

Go to SU3, select parameter ID, type SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN and assign value "A" to that and save.

Now go to VA05 and save the layout.

Hello,

please check your user profile and maintain the parameter

SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN with a value of 'A' in the following path:

> system

> user profile

> own data

> parameter tab

If you have set the parameter you can save your own display variants.

Please have a look at the note 113965 concerning the problem.

To createa display variant please check the note 300633.

But please notice that the SAP-variants cannot changed in the SAP-

area.

Hi,

Use VA05N t.code to get list of sales order instead of VA05. You have more selection criteria in this.

Here you can save the selection screen as a variant.

From Menu bar click on Goto>variants>save as variant and give variant name or click on save button directly.

In VA05 you don't have screen variant option. You have only layout variant option.
