Hi All,
I have a query. Please calify the following:
How the email will be sent by SAP to the customer when the delivery is packed & PGI (Post Good Issue). Email is sent to the email address from the sales order, which can be defaulted, in customer master ship-to. The email will include all items shipped and their details.
The email should also contain the subject line and detail address (signature) of the sender.
Please clarify me the configuration steps.

in sap i don't know exactly option ,but you can do in email settigs.

I belive this needs tio have a form edited to contain the sign and name ..etc.. Consult an ABAP consultant who may hep you.
