Hi friends,
We r using SRM 5.5 & the scenario is ECS.
When i click the trxn Shopping Cart- full functionality by logging in through Requester i am unable to view all the requesters(EBP Users) who r there in the system in the field SHOP FOR under the Default Setting For Items, displaying only the requester through which i logged in.
And also when click the Display Details Hyper link for Cost Assignment System is diaplying Account Assignment Overview but when i click the binaculars button for Assigned to field or G/L Account filed it's showing that Display not possible(inconsistency in the input help).
But it's showing all the details of ship to address.
Can any one please tell me what could be the possible reason for not displaying the values.
Regards.,
Suma.
Hi. Just had a thought on the other issue, I would look at the roles.
Check note 753790 for more details.

I'm not sure but I don't think you can use value * for attribute requestor.
You have to define it as:
O 50000000 (with space)
S 50000001 (with space)
and so on. Test a bit and I'm sure you'll manage it.

for the first issue have you defined the attribute REQUESTER for your log in user
(value will be org unit of the dept/user on behalf of which he/she will shop)
second,
Have you defined the attribute ACS at top level?
value will be yr ECC backend sys
and RFC should work

Hi Dinesh,
Thanks for ur quick response.
First : To maintain the requester attribute for login user system is not showing any values, assigned * as value even though it's not working.
Second : Already maintained the attribute ACS at top level(Company ) as u mentioned.
Any more suggestions..
