How to cancel 322 Movement

Good Morning

One of our user do 322 Movement for one material and its stock is showing in quality we want to bring the stock in unrestricted. Kindly help us out ?

1. MIGO- cancellation - material document.("322 movement Document" get it from MMBE )

please revert me back, it's my maiden answer on SCN .

when i cancel 322 it give following error

CHANGE THE INSPECTION STOCK OF MATERIAL IN QM ONLY

and your point is correct that on this material 01 and 08 both inspection type is active

I am facing same problem when i am doing 321 movement for it it give following error

CHANGE THE INSPECTION STOCK OF MATERIAL IN QM ONLY

configuration setting for material in its master

1) QM procurement is active

QM control key :-QCI (Certification required and Invoice block

certificate type :-QC (quality certificate)

Inspection setup is active with 01 inspection

kindly help us out to clear the stock

Hi,

If QM is activate then system should not allow movement type 322 unless until inspection type 08 is active

But as u earlier mentioned that the user has made 322 movement then

Go to stock overview(MMBE) Select ur stock which is showing in quality Go to material movement tab get the material document(against maovement type 322)

And cancel this document which will post ur stock from quality to unrestricted

It should work

you can cancel the 322 movement by using these steps by using MB1B t-code

select movement type 321. and post the document.

MB1B

date:posting date/document date

Movement type:321

Plant:if any

press enter

enter the material and quantity and save the document.

after that check in MMBE.

In case u have done the transaction via MB1b then u can able to use the 322 movment.

U confirm whats ur exact problem I will help u to resolve

I am not very clear with your question , user has done 322 but stock still shows in quality stock .

321 user for Transfer posting quality inspection (QI) to unrestricted-use stock

322 used for Transfer posting QI to unrestricted-use stock u2013 reversal

Use movement type321 if it is giving any error then pls revert back with same.

Is QM view active for this material?
