Hello Experts!

i 'd like to install r/3 4.7 ext 200 32-bit Oracle on Solaris 10.

i prepared Solaris and run the sapinst, but errors is received:

what happend?

I´m sure you downloaded the installation master for the wrong platform (SPARC vs. x64)

Please execute what I told you. I think you´re trying to execute the wrong executable.

32bit on Solaris is not supported (any more).

and solaris runs in 64bit?

Not, it doesn't, Solaris 10 runs 32-bit.

Check with command

isainfo -v

So you are installing on an AMD processor? What´s the output of above command?

Output on SPARC processors:

% isainfo -v
64-bit sparcv9 applications
32-bit sparc applications

Output on AMD (or x86_64) processors:

% isainfo -v
64-bit amd64 applications
        cx16 sse3 sse2 sse fxsr amd_3dnowx amd_3dnow amd_mmx mmx cmov amd_sysc 
        cx8 tsc fpu 
32-bit i386 applications
        cx16 sse3 sse2 sse fxsr amd_3dnowx amd_3dnow amd_mmx mmx cmov amd_sysc 
        cx8 tsc fpu

No SAP application will run on 32bit Solaris x86.
