using Open PS..

hi to all:

i would just like to ask whether additional configuration needs to be done in the system in order to let Open_PS function completely?

i have already input the roles, etc..(as required in the installation guide) but still i am unable to upload/download projects into MS Project..

already did the steps indicated but still unable to solve the problem, escalated the issue to the senior BASIS and PS consultant.
