Please help me to understand this.

While trying to park the invoice in ECRM (Third party tool) through an RFC by calling BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_PARK( which is in an other server -sap server)

The ECRM shows this error log

R/3 BASIS SYSTEM>CPI-C FUNCTION: CMSEND (SAP)

R/3 BASIS SYSTEM>CONVERSATION ID :74778015

R/3 BASIS SYSTEM>COMMUNICATION ERROR, CPIC RETURNCODE 020, SAP RETURN CODE 223

Error occurs at bapi_incominginvoice_park interface.but it is working fine in sap by manual parking,by giving

header data and item data.

If you are working on client environment you have to contact back end security administrator to get more authorizations. If you provide the error message to them, they will know which role to assign.

If you are working in sandbox environment assign SAP_ALL. This will resolve the issue

Hi,

Could you please have a look to SAP Note 421558.

These could be caused by network issue or the client dropping the connection for any reason.

can u post detail log.

The basis or security team have to investigaqte the network to find the issue.

in SM59 choose R/3 Connections, go to on your connection, double click ... you must test connection with your destination.

the connection is CPIC.

Sometime this problem is correlate to network problem, with SM58-59 you test network.

You also test the connection wth ping and tracert (i.e. by dos ....tracert 10.10.10.10 (your client IP Address))

hai,

check the RFC destination which connects to the R/3 from XI side using t.code SM59.....AND test the connection from there..

why too many RFC connections....
