Create Contract from the sourcing function

Hi,

Maybe out of ignorance,

Im wroking with SRM 5.0 and want to create a Contract on the basis of a accepted Bid.

In the transaction "BBP_BID_INV" I can find the button "Create Purchase Order" but I cannot find any button to create a Contract.

I see that in the trx. BBPSOCO01 there exists a button "create contract" but with the bid accepted, I don not seem to be able to access again this trx.

Can anyone help me out.

in the config of trans type details you need to choose contract as a follow-on

SRM IMG->SRM->srm server->cross applns->trans types->BUS2200->e.g.RFCR->details->process control->flag "contract"(and not PO)

Hi,

Does your buyer have the role "SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASER "???

Also is the user who is creating the contract assigned properly in the org structure?

Check which authorisation he/she is missing.Then basis people can give that authorisation to the resp user

Also check this note which deals with similar issue:

Note 1083630 - User can't Create Contract when Purch Org. is unassigned

Which SRM vrersion are you working on??
